An online slow flow Ashtanga Vinyasa class for those wishing to learn the part primary sequence or for Ashtanga practitioners looking for technical detail around poses. Class time is 1.15 hours and alternates between focusing on the standing or seated sections.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes are dynamic classes that focus on movement with breath. Alignment is given and poses are held for 5 breaths.
Important notes: Please do not attempt a yoga pose if you are injured or if the pose isn’t relatively comfortable (no pain, numbness or tingling!). Please consult your doctor and alert me if you are pregnant or have health related issues prior to joining my classes.
