An online Hatha yoga class for beginners or those looking for a laid back class. Each week we will be focusing on different areas such as standing poses, balancing, strength and abdominal work, seated poses, hamstrings and hip flexibility.
Online links to classes will open 10 minutes prior to class starting. Just click on the ‘Access Free Class’ button, follow the instructions and join us!
Important notes: Please do not attempt a yoga pose if you are injured or if the pose isn’t relatively comfortable (no pain, numbness or tingling!). Please consult your doctor and alert me if you are pregnant or have health related issues prior to joining my classes.
