Yoga Class Descriptions
Ashtanga yoga classes focus on integrating movement with breath. All classes are one hour and designed for those looking for a sustainable Ashtanga Yoga practice and suitable for those looking to become familiar with the sequence, breath and bundhas. This is a movement based class with sessions designed to produce heat and make you sweat. You will improve your strength, flexibility, focus and concentration, and regain control of your body and mind.
Hatha yoga is a slow practice that helps build a strong core, strength and flexibility. Using props for support, this practice centers around alignment, control and precision, with a diversity of postures and modifications to suit a wide range of levels, from beginner to advanced.
