Private yoga sessions enable you to deepen your practice, modify poses for injuries, rehabilitation and provides a safe place to begin your yoga journey.
Private yoga classes are a perfect way to enjoy yoga with friends, at a location of your choice, with the class content tailored to your particular needs (unless Ashtanga or Mysore style is selected). This includes corporate classes and workshops on yoga postures, philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, diet and lifestyle choices.
In house private yoga sessions are also available after hours, at an additional charge.
With over 25 years experience, my training and lifelong study of the science of yoga, enables me to assist you no matter what you need. Absolute beginners to advanced practitioners welcome.
